The story started on the highschool life of the main characters, Joon-sang (Bae Yong Jun) and Yu-Jin (Choi Ji Woo). Joon-sang moved to a small town in Korea to search for his father and met Yu-Jin on the bus to school. They eventually fell in love but was ended when Joon-sang was involved in an accident and lost his memories but everyone was told that Jong sang died in that accident.
Joon-sang now has a new identity, since he was brainwashed to forget about his father. His new name now is Lee Min-Hyung, he is an award winning architect in US and he doesnt know anything about his life in Korea. Yu-Jin saw him on the street and followed him and forgot that she was on her way to her engagement party with Sang-Hyuk.The story complicates when Yu-Jin worked with Lee Min-Hyung and wanted to believe he was Joon-sang.
